How it works
Atheena is one product for finding the work and doing it, so the list is something that gets worked, not only read.

It finds your todos
Atheena watches Gmail and your meeting notetakers, Fathom and Pocket, and pulls out what you owe someone. Newsletters, receipts and sign-in codes are left out, and a task that arrives from two places shows up once.

It tells you where you are
Each new todo reaches you on WhatsApp or as a notification, with three suggested ways to handle it. The full list lives in the web app.

It does the work
Reply with a number or a sentence. The agent drafts and sends the email, updates the document, books the time or fills in the form, and asks you first when it would otherwise have to guess.
What Atheena does with your Google account
You sign in with Google. Google then asks whether Atheena may use the services below; you can leave any of them unticked, and Atheena does less.

Atheena does not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect an account in Atheena's Settings or revoke access from your Google Account at any time. The Privacy Policy has the details.
